All 5 foot 7 of Mattrix climbed atop his little soap box to proclaim the second coming of Nathan Sobey after he amassed 46SC and willed SEM to whatr feels like their first victory ion forever.

What he neglected to mention though is just how right I have been from the jump. This 46SC explosion was no accident and to be quite frank I predicted this. Look closer at the box score....what do you notice? See it? Yep.... Skylar Mays started on the bench for the first time and played only 18. minutes, most of those coming after the game was already over. Like I've said all along, they can't co-exist.

Dash Started and was sub par. He's done his dash with me and I'm gonna be like a drowing rat abandoning ship come lockout.

What on earth is going on with David Johnson? Shit the bed this week and looking back at the game log he's looking like he only comes to play every third game. Tassie lost and his play was a big factor. Magnay impressive again, decisions to be made now that Tyrell Harrison is in doubt with an ankle injury.

Talking of Harrison, both him and Holt succumbed to nasty looking ankle injuries in their win against SEM. Down an import the Bullets came to play and helf on to get the chocolates. Max Mackinnon (49SC) was elite with a near triple double and seems the obvious David Jognson pivot for those in that boat. Again he's been hioty and miss but the hits have been big.

Jaylin Williams is the lone big left on this roster now and wikll be asked to do a lot. Undersized at 6'8" he's got his work cut out for him but did manage one of his best games of the season with 19pts, 6 rebounds and 2 assists in 29 minutes (35SC) . Hinton wiull be worth a look too. remember Neto will join the line up next week.

Sydney are hard to watch. ! loss and 1 win this round. The KD and Cooks combo was a borderline pass. KD struggling to pout it together despite almost playing 40 mins a night and the ball being in his hand 90% of the time, The double teams from the breakers were causing him all sorts of troubles from the jump and worried him in to the 6 turnovers dampening his SC output.

Talking of the breakers, I'll give Mattrix his dues on the Mennenga call. Turns out lightening does strike twice but let's be honest, this was secondary news to how big Carlin Davison has been! This one is worth discussing in depth on the Pod this week.

I wrote last week about how we are moving in to phase 2 of the schedule. It's time to say goodbye to some familiar faces - Rakocevic, Dash, Pinder, Adelaide bench players and any SEM players need to be on the way out. Lot's of cheap Sydney guys to consider including Malauch who will continue to play more with Delly out longer than expected.
