NZ V BRIS - Wrap Up

Wow, This game was.... interesting? Late rally from brissie made it respectable but was over by half time.

Lets get it out of the way to start.... Tyrell Harrison was Puss. the 5 turnovers putting a putrid exclamation mark on an already sub par performance. The 28 minutes was the only positive on the night and hopefully a sign that he will be a high 20s / low 30s guy all year. Half time he had negative 2 SC and it bately improved in the second half finishing with 13 SC. Forgettable, especially for those who captained him like our community team. Perhaps for those who haven't got him he may be available at a reduced price later.

The story of the night was PJC. 31SC at the half. 11 pts 8 assists. A victim of the schedule, this guy will be must own mid season. He finished with a double double of 20pts and 11 asists and topped the round to date with 49SC. Plan to have cash available in round 5 when the Breakers return from the states and have the best schedule through to round 18.

Mennenga was great. Starting with Gillespie suspended, but don't be surprised if this continues. His ability to hit the 3 and and open up the floor cant be understated. He looked great and at around 150k is one on my radar for a bench spot later in the year. He had 23SC which seems low considering how good he looked. 22 pts, 7 rebounds.

Mooney is starting to raise some eyebrows and had 26SC in what actually seemed a quiet outing. One to put on laybuy perhaps.

Bolden was on our watch list early on but he continues to disappoint. Fools Gold.  11SC in 19 mins.

Mo King looked good. Price will drop and may be worth keping an eye on as he improves.

Keandre Cook was the lone shining light for the Bullets. Had not featured on our radar all year but his 38SC cant be totally ignored. maybe an anomaly but worth keeping tabs on. Batemon was disappointing,

Rocco 5SC didn't meet his BE. The small ball by NZ didn't suit. Hard work for a 7 footer to chase the mobile 3pt shooting bigs the cuzzie bros rolled with.

Prather had 17SC but im still calling it fools gold. Sam Mac will work his way back in to his normal minutes and Bannan will return both impacting Prathers output.
